Hi, since yesterday for no apparent reason I am getting a message when I try to shutdown or restart XP that says schtask.exe failed to initialize and it is a real annoyance and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this and how to fix it? thanks

schtask.exe is a task that you have scheduled -- go to Control Panel then to Performance and Maintanance - then to Scheduled Tasks and see what you have scheduled
