windows restart problem in a k8vmx sempron 2500+ pc

i hav a new pc which always resets automatically 2-3 times before starting it.once it recovers it is ok for tht day. when it recovers it shows windows recovered a serious error.i cannot use error report as my xp is a pirated version.

cannot install xp 64(x86-64) or suse 10.1. xp 64 eval version shows error 0x00 00 00 00 7E

Would suggest maybe you buy a LEGAL copy of XP. Majors geeks does not support pirated versions. Just think if you got a real copy of XP, you would be able to get all the updates and support that you need.
