    Verify that it is running.

    Click “Start”.
Type “services.msc” in the Start search box and hit “Enter”.
Locate “Security Center” and double-click the same.
In the “Startup type” list, select “Automatic”.
Click “Start” to start the service.
    Click “Apply” and click “OK”.

Since the malware team sent you here I will assume they gave you a clean bill of health.

Lets go back to the beginning. What version of Windows are you running? If you are running Windows 8, try running http://www.thewindowsclub.com/repair-microsoft-security-essentials-with-fix-mse-utility

Defender was before Microsoft Security Essentials, with Windows 8, they went back to using the Defender name, so to alleviate any confusion, please always state when posting a new thread, what Operating system you are talking about first off, due to most of us are not going to go digging around in your post/thread history to get a background on what is going on.

The OP is still working with TimW in the malware forum, so I'd hold off until they're finished up there. The service problems are a result of the ZeroAccess infection they had, wiping out the service registry entries for wscsvc, WinDefend and BFE. (Win 7x64)

Major Attitude: That was the VERY first thing I did when this all started 3 weeks ago and it disables itself a few seconds later.

brownizs: Im using Windows 7 and I have been using MSE.

_nullptr: That's the exact Trojan the scans found. Why wasn't I informed that this Trojan is what caused all of this? Plus why didn't MSE catch it?

Try using the tool I linked from Thewindowsclub.com and see if it fixes the issue.

MSE doesn't catch everything, neither does Malwarebytes, as good as it is.
I finished cleaning a computer that had 5 trojans. MSE found one, MBAM said the computer was clean. I used TDSSKiller to clean off Alureon as Chaslang outlines here
    http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=252831

Then I scanned with MSE and MBAM which said the computer was clean. It wasn't.

    I used ESET's online scanner
    http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
It found and removed the other four trojans.

If you want to be sure you are clean, use a few online scanners in addition to what is installed on the computer.
