Windows Spotlights: Lockscreen Turns Automatically Into Image

Since a few a weeks my settings in Lockscreen changes automatically from windows-spotligts into an image. I have looked arround the internet but i've not founded a solution. The things i've tried many times:
1) lockscreen into image
2) the folders assets: files delete
3) the folder settings: renamed setting.bak and roaming.lock
4) powershell renewed

Result: windows-spotlight works again but after 1 day (i guess when there's a refreshing of the spotlights) the lockscreen turns into an image again.

Can someone help me? Kind regards

 

I want spotlight permanently. Now I have to change the settings daily. That's the problem

 

Are you running any of the win 10 privacy programs like O&O ShutUp10?
I know one of the recommended settings on ShutUp10 is Lockscreen - Disable Windows Spotlight.
