windows start up error! bugging me!

Hi ,

I had a problem with Explorer.exe running at 50% cpu when idle, and I would have to reboot Explorer.exe for it to run at 0% cpu idle. Anyway through research I found out how to fix it, I shut down a few things at startup using the msconfig action, I think it was msantispam that was making Explorer flip out so i stopped it from running. The problem I have now is that when I log in and windows is loading start up programs (which i has so many running its ridiculous!! how do i know what i can throw away!!) about 4 - 5 error messages pop up , I have attached a couple of screen grabs of them:

anyone dealt with these before! could pass on some wisdom! thanks also my Explorer crashes sometimes! but not to often where I would feel frustrated ! think maybe something to do with windoms media player! , I followed Major geeks clean your system of spyware and viruses walk through and was informed my pc is safe and free of any viruses (no viruses found from any of the programs i ran!) excellent walk through !, my pc is moving blazing fast now! thnks Majorgeeks!.

XP pro sp2
p4 3.00 ghz
2 WD 80 gd harddrives
1 gig ram (duel channel)
geforce bfg 6800gt

 

Usefull program, I cut down alot on uneeded start ups but it has not done anything to stop those error messages poping up just before the task bar tray loads up. Again, attached are some JPEG's of some the error messages, please help cause now my internet explorer is crashing sporadically!
