Windows startup picture?

When ever I start my computer there's a picture that shows up while windows is loading. It use to be a windows logo I think. Does anyone know where this picture is located so that I can change it back.
All I know is that it's the background while windows is loading. Before the user name and password thing come up.
Please help.

I have windows 98 SE.

What? I went there and it helped nothing.

 

The Windows 98 logo files are logo.sys in your main driver folder (usually C, logos.sys and logow.sys in your Windows folder (usually C:\Windows). Search for .sys files. If you copy and replace these they must be the same size and shape - 320 x 400 pixels and 256 colors. There are many sites out there, if you search, that have alternative logos. Make a backup of these files before you start.
