windows system 32 file is missing or currupted?

i am unable to even get into safemode.due to the same error.what i am hoping is that there is a way to bypass this startup and get to restore mode.this happened qucik.strange?help if you can pls.:cry

It's probably best to completely read through each article at least twice, and to print them out if possible as there's many steps and typed commands that must be entered exactly perfect in the exact order detailed in the articles. Either method will require the use of your Windows XP CD; if you don't have one, maybe you can borrow one from a friend. Just be sure it is the same version of Windows you have installed on your PC. It's not a good idea to use a XP Pro disc if you have XP Home installed on the PC. It would probably still work, but it's best to be safe.
