Windows system32 config sys

Hello.
It seems I'm having the same trouble as quite a few other people here... Grrr.
My missing/corrupt file is on a Tosh. NB100 & of course, there's no disc-drive. (TOSH... Lol) rolleyes
Is there any partitioning software available to partition a flash-drive on the windows platform itself? :confused
+ Is there any way of avoiding the KB update [KB921503] 2-Bit-Geek wrote about, just in case that is the culprit! :eek

 

Set automatic updates to notify you then when you click on them it will give you a list on updates. You can uncheck what you don't want to be installed.
