    That file is being called to start when your computer boots up. It is part of the Malware that you removed, so it is a good thing that it can not be found.
    Run Ccleaner. Click the "Run Cleaner" button on the bottom right. When that is finished click the "Issues" button on the left. Click the "Scan for Issues" button. When the program is done scanning click the "Fix Selected Issues" button.

    You may also want to run a stand alone registry cleaner. Try this one it is listed as "Hot". Lexun RegScrubXP 3.25

    Let me know how you make out. If this does not work we can physically look were it is being called from.

    Sorry for the slow response. Work got in the way:cry.
    You did not mention running a registry cleaner. Did you run a standalone or just the one with Ccleaner? You should run a stand alone as stated in previous post. If you ran both and are still having a problem download HiJackThis.
    Unzip it and run the executable. When the program start click the "Open Misc Tools section". Click the "Generate StartupList log" button. The log will be saved in the same folder that you extracted HiJackThis to. Attach the log to the post.

    Make sure you run a standalone registry cleaner first as this may fix your problem.

    Hi again,

    I have tried running both the Ccleaner and the other stand alone registry but this doesn't solve the problem. Thus, I downloaded and ran HijackThis as per your instructions below. Also, I have attached the log file in this post and hope to receive your response soon. Thanks for all your help, Mighty.

    Start HijackThis
    Click "Do a system scan only"
    When through scanning put tick mark on entry
    "kpx = C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\fastRX.dll DllInitApp"
    Click "fix checked" button
    Reboot system and see if error appears again.
