Windows Update and MSE - Updating Errors Only On Wireless

Hi. Cipher asked me to open a thread in this forum.

Windows Updates and MSE Updates suddenly no longer want to download. No matter the download size, nor the signal strength, I've never had issues with Windows Updates or MSE updates, (or any other program updates) on wireless.
- No problems downloading their updates if I use my cable connection at home.
- It has been confirmed that the laptop is clear of malware.

I use a Telus Wireless Internet Stick ("Sierra Wireless 306 Mobile Internet Key") that plugs directly into the laptop to access the internet when I'm away from home.

HP Compaq Presario CQ56-109WM - Windows 7 Home, 64-bit, Intel Celeron Processor 900 @ 2.20GHz, 4GB RAM, 250GB HD, Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Whatever happened, has somehow worked itself out.
I don't understand it, I haven't tinkered anymore since my last post... I checked for updates and suddenly Windows Updates and MSE Updates go through no problem!
