Hello. I have a Dell laptop which I recently performed an in-place upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10 Pro. Everything went fine, however I now have an error within Windows update. When I initially went to check for updates after the upgrade, it had the message "Your device is at risk because it's out of date and missing important security and quality updates" all in red. So I proceeded to run the updater, which found and installed multiple updates. Problem is, there are no more required updates at this time, but it's still showing the red error message. I've tried stopping the update service and emptying the Software Distribution folder, but I'm still getting it. I've also run sfc \scannow, but that didn't find anything either. Any ideas?

Sorry should have mentioned also, when I run the WU Troubleshooter it says that it has repaired registry issues, and also say says I have pending updates. I click yes to install them (within the troubleshooter), and it says it's successful, but it doesn't resolve the issue and if I run the troubleshooter again it still says there are pending updates and registry issues again.
