Windows update issue

Good afternoon,
I have gotten a coule of errors running windows update, 800B0100, 80073712. I have run SFC/Scannow and windows system readiness tool and that did not correct the problem. SFC identified some files that were corrupted but could not fix them. I have tried to enclose the CBS files from the scan but they are 84mb. I am running windows 7 ultimate 64bit on an Lenovo thinkpad edge.

Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help. This laptop hs been a pain to get going again and i think we are close.

Thank you for the help. We had a harddrive failure and the file was corrupted when i cloned it. We did a new install using another disk and it worked fine but i think there was an issue with one of the updates. I will see if we can get access to the disk again and run the sfc/scannow. Thank you for the help.

After it has downloaded, you can burn the .iso file to a DVD using a free program like ImgBurn and create a bootable install disc.
