Windows UpDate New Look?

    I was updating my moms new comp and afta installin some updates i went back to install DX9.0 and it looked way diff and was harder to navigate.

    you think! I find still find it easy like V4 and Corporate Update... now you just click Express or Custom ( still prefer custom option myself )

    Has this option been like this 4 a while i just built my parents a new PC and i installed Home Edtion on it, I have windows XP Pro Corp on my PC.

    AFAIK it was only supposed to be given as an option for SP2 users, perhaps its gone live now, I dunno!

    v5 seems to be the default now. Accessing www.windowsupdate.com via a non-IE browser gives you an error message, but still resolves to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com Entering the v4 URL into IE resolves to v5.
