Windows Update Option Is Missing (win10)

Somehow the Windows Update option disappeared from the Settings or Control Panels. How to return it?
I installed then manually new version of Win10 (b2004), the result is still same.
Does anyone know how to do this? Will help a manually downloaded update to fix only that issue? Some time ago I made it so with 8.1. Which should it be, if so?

Anyway, my issue is other one - WU not work at all. Before this disappearance the winupdate did not work at all. See screenshot https://imgur.com/a/U5EyfgM
Error Code is 0x80072efd, googled, hundreds answers, no one ok for me...
How to resolve?

 

plodr, I'm getting the same error, on the updates also. My internet works perfectly find on all other apps that need the net?

 

Updates now are working, Go figure? Microsoft problem.
