Windows update problem

    Of course my widows is not updating,so I read a previous post and went to services.msc in run,there I changed it from disable to automatic,but it keeps changing back to"disable"?

    Also,when I go to cookies it says accept all,when I change it,it always reverts back to accept all?

    Hi Major Mark,
    you remember I bought that Karsoersky program,well it appears it let through loads and loads of virus's and trojans???
    That was my problem?
