windows update

    Just a quick question. I am building a computer for a freind tomorrow and he only has dial up. I have high speed. Is there a way that I can download all the security updates on my computer and burn them to a disc and then transfer them to his new windows XP, so I don't have to wait so long from his slow connection... Thanks in advance

    Yep, sure can. Go through the Windows Update catalog.


    Go to Windows Update, go to personalize Windows Update, and enable it.
