windows updater issue

    xkeltfirex Private E-2

    windows updater keeps popping up. Trying to install Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2(KB936181). installer says completed successfully but the Icon keeps popping up in the system tray......have gone through install about 20 times and it just keeps coming back!
