   pls help! Yesterday i got comcast high-speed internet, and now today i came on to the computer and can only open inter net explorer :cry . The error message reads:
   Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
   
   pls if you know the problem tell me i have work to do :cry .
