My computer recently was infected with malware.

We removed the malware with the help of experts from major geeks, but computer still does not come up in the normal mode.

The following is taken from event log. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    Fips
    intelppm
    OMCI
    SASDIFSV
    SASKUTIL

SASDIFSV and SASKUTIL are part of Superantispyware. If it doesn't start, uninstall it and do a clean install.

OMCI is part of Dell's installed things. OpenManage Client Instrumentation. I'm not sure what you'd need to do to fix that.

intelppm: I found a very old blog. I'm not sure if it is applicable 5 1/2 years later

I don't know what fips is. I saw something about Cryptographic Module (Fips.sys) and also something about ssl.
But BlackViper doesn't list Cryptographic Services as fips
