Windows XP CRASH

Someone please help me I deleted some system files and I have not been able to recover them. I think I crashed my computer and I do not have the original Windows XP disk. Here are the messages I keep getting SHRegGetValueW can not be found in SHLWAPI.dll library also IsCharSpaceA can not be found. I have tried all I can have removed IE tried to remove hotfix for SP2 but it will not let me. Was able to insert a copied disk and load Mozilla that is how I am able to access the net yet I can not do anything else as far as using Java downloading programs due to above mentioned errors. Please help in guiding me if you can or is the recommendation to take it to a tech for repair? I believe I may have deleted my sp2.

Can't boot up into last known good configuration?

 

No keep getting error messages as stated can not even access system restore.

 

I was in add remove programs trying to free up disk space and I think I clicked on SP2 and did not adhere to the warning stupid move on my part now How do I get them back? Do I have to dump my whole system and reload windows XP ? I have been to every help site you can imagine but nothing is working error message SHRegGetValueW not located in SHLWAPI.dll. Please help if you can.

Can not reinstall anything keep getting error messages as stated. Computer is going to the Dr. today I just can not get it up and running properly and really do not want to do any more damage. Thanks for all your help.
