Can someone point me to something that shows me how to run FTP from windows XP?

Well, is there any way to call the ftp command say from excel? I have an excel spreadsheet with VB. I need to create a button to invoke an FTP. I know I can also use Internet Explorer for FTP. But how can I invoke these using an excel VB macro?
