Windows XP help

Hi,

Im hoping someone can help me. For some reason, when i click on any folder on my desktop to open it, the open folder appears for a split second, then whole screen goes blank for a second, and then it goes right back to my destop without the folder being opened. The same thing is happening when i try to search for files and folder, and when i try to open windows explorer. I am not that good with computers, i was hoping someone may be able to help me correct this problem. Thanks alot

 

it seems to be a driver problem or maybe a trojan has messed up your regedit. hmmmm have you run a full scan using ad-aware or any spyware remover and a full antivirus scan?

also use c-cleaner, cleanup and empty temp - run them everyday to keep your comp smooth

also, you could try reinstalling/updating graphics driver...
