My computer gave me a blue screen and stopped working so I tried to install Windows XP Professional on a WinXP Home Ed. When I start it up it just reads "Restarting System", I own a Dell and I know that there are a few buttons you press simultaneously to have a full system recovery. I've given up on trying to install the WinXP, does anyone know what buttons I'm supposed to press? Your help is much appreciated guys! :D

    Make and model?

Or even better, the service tag number? (will be found on a sticker on the machine)

    Service Tag# is: JCXWG81
I got it back in 2005 or so, and I don't know the model number.

    Thanks
