Windows XP Home Edition Help and Support Won't Run (ekb606)

    Got a related problem, Help and Support opens but the files have disappeared ... there is nothing to search for, no index, not topics no nothing.

    Has anyone else had this happen?

    My help and support opens, there just aren't any files ... but I know the files are on the system, they were there before a reboot and nothing has been deleted ... help just isn't finding them.

    Go to: C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose install. Have your CD handy.
