Ok when i right click anything on the desktop or the contents of a folder displayed on the desktop the cursor goes to eggtimer and stays there.
It doesnt allow me to do anything else as i cant get the arrow back.
The only way i have found out of it is to ctr/alt/del and then it will give me the arrow to go to re-boot. Other than that im pretty much left with no options after the arrow has gone to eggtimer and stuck there.
Im pretty sure its only doing it on the desktop and on folders open there, it appears ok within the browser im using (i can right click fine in there) Iv no idea what to do with this and would be extremely grateful for any help anyone could give me (ps , im a computer tard) , oh yeah it will let me right click on the bar at the bottom ok.

    Things iv tried
    1.Run Avast ... clean
    2. Run Malwarebytes ... clean
    3. Run advanced system care and done all the cleany/repairy stuff
    4. Run Ccleaner and cleaned out all old files and wiped the free space on the hard drive

Im at a loss what to try next.

OS and any other specs you can give? How long has this been occurring? Any downloads, including updates, when this started?
If you left click icon, all ok?
Is the behavior the same in safe mode?

Depending on your computer model, you enter safe mode at boot-up. With most, it is accessed by tapping the F8 key when booting. If that doesn't get you there, post your computer model.
