Windows Xp Not Shutting Down Correctly!!! :@

    Hi guys,

    Have a computer here with Windows XP Home SP2 installed on it. Not long ago done a reinstall of Windows on there. Customer installed Sony Picture Package Software on the machine. Couldn't get that to work but ever since the program has caused the machine to not shut down correctly!!

    I have the Picture Program working after some time in the end downloaded an update and it worked and even when taking the program off it still does not shut down the machine correctly.

    I have done the following:

    Tried a different PSU *Same*
    Loaded Default BIOS Settings *Same*
    Tried Regedit problems *Same* Only 2 things tried.


    DO NOT WANA REINSTALL WINDOWS! As you can imagen!

    Its pretty clean the system anyway having not long done a reinstall of windows.

    So help please guys ASAP!!!

    O yeah what happens when i clicked the Shutdown button it Shuts down as normal but then it restarts straight away as if i have clicked restart!! Help PLEASE!!!
