Windows XP Pro - View history

    Greetings,

    What is the best way to view Internet history on a Windows XP Pro machine, especially if the user deleted all of their temp files.

    I am also looking for a way to see if inappropiate video was emailed to this user and verify if he indeed viewed this video. I believe he used Windows Media Player.
