Windows xp pro! why bill gates. Need help

I have used 3 different windows xp disics one which is my uncles and is a legit version windows xp pro.

i am have same problem over and over again reinstalled all drivers so i know its not that.

this is what happens i load windows and the screen looks like the old win 98.
i go to network and my network not their.

so i went to administrative tools and went into services and realised they are not started so i start them up everything and everything works, restart the computer and none are started again what a joke!

i used the blackviper website to sort out services but how come they are not loading up with the computer on their own.

 

You didn't disable the RPC services did you? :eek

 

no i did not. i had turn it on

 

format and cleaned installed Windows XP.

 

Did it work before you "blackvipered" it? Also, are those services set for automatic?

 

no i only when i used black viper website did it work. i had to change a couple from manual to automatic.

 

i check it i have done everything it saided.

not working still!

 

Now really quick, please re-elaborate on what your specific problem is. Your original post was a bit confusing.
