Windows XP pro

Hi, on my other pc , it will start but when it gets to the " loading Settings Screen " it will not load, any ideas why , i have tryed to do it on safemode aswell but it does the samething

 

how far does it get and are there any error messages?

 

KODO it does not get no where, and yes a Error message does come up but i carnt remembers wot it was

 

Please provide the error message. It will greatly increase the chances of resolving your issue

 

Let me load up my other pc and ill get the message for you

 

Ive been on, the message will not come up again, it was something about Debugging

 

have you tried hitting F8 on your keyboard before the "windows XP" splash screen displays and select the option to load "Last Known Good Configuration".

 

Yes i have , but the loadin screen it still frikin around
