I have an interesting problem. We have a laptop that we've just installed Trend Micro Internet Security 2008 on. After the installation, the computer got slow and then the keyboard stopped responding in normal startup mode. The keyboard works fine in safe mode, but I can't use the CTRL-ALT-DEL function to login. The problem is there with an external keyboard or the one on the the laptop.
I could always uninstall the Trend Micro, which would be my next step...but I'd really like to see a way around this without removing the AV.
Oh, the AV ran it's initial scan in safe mode and did find viruses which it deleted. I don't believe any were unhandled.
    Thanks!
