Windows XP professional admin pword

Hi, I recently set up my other computer with a password on my OS so I could send it to my new adress, but I discovered that its password was changed. A friend set up the admin accounts and changed all the passwords. I have lost contact with that person, and am wondering about how i can remove the password.

When I start up and go to Safe Mode there is a password for the same admin account. Any help would be appreciated, thx.
