windows xp professional profile login failure

hey all i am new here i just wanna ask that i have a login failure problems...
Like when i put my computer on and when it loads up the login screen i type my password in but is say's loading your personal setting's... After that the screen goes blue an stay's blue:confused... Wat can i do so i can login back in to my profile please... Need Some Expert Help...!!!:cry

Have you tried to boot in safe mode

 

yeh i have but it does the same thing there aswel wat can i do

 

do you have the xp pro disk. not an oem but the actual xp disk from MS

 

yeh i do with sp3 on it aswel so wat is ur idea

i got it but i can't get the CD to work what else can i do

 

put the cd int he tray, restart the computer and it will ask you to boot from he cd or the hard disk. If you get this message then your cd rom is working. Then boot from cd and follow the previously posted directions.
