   When i run nortons disk doctor it comes up with an error saying that my disk is in NTFS format instaed of FAT32. What is the advantage of switching?

   Absolutely none.
   
   Plenty of disadvantages though.
   
   That right there is the reason I don't use automated "fix it" utlities.
