Windows XP Run Commands?

Selling the old computer and want to know what all the run commands are. I want to get in there and remove all my info such as log ons, passwords, credit card#'s and web activity. Thanks!

If you need to make sure no data is on the PC, your best option is to wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS. I would not recommend doing it any other way.

If you're very paranoid, you can even use free software tools like Darik's Boot and Nuke (which complies with US Department of Defense and higher standards) to securely erase the entire contents of your hard drive before reinstalling the OS. The CD-based version is much preferable to the floppy version.
