    how do i find out if i have sp2

    plzz advice

    Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> System

    You may need to switch control panel to 'Classic View' by clicking 'Switch to classic view' on the left

    When the System Properties dialog appears click the 'general' tab if it isn't already selected

    The SP version should be listed under system

    An additional, quick way is Start -> My Computer (right click) -> Properties.

    Assuming the user isn't using the classic start menu, otherwise 'My Computer' would be on the desktop.

    I never know how the op has the system setup so I always go the Control Panel way ;)
