Windows XP SP3 download

I have a XP box that had hard drive crash. I need to use it to run some older software that itself requires XP SP3. Windows update has been turned off so when I completed the reinstall with XP Pro SP2 from my disk and license, I have not been able to figure out how to get back to SP3. It works fine under SP2 but I am getting the "I'm sorry" from the software I am trying to install.

Is there a place I can get SP3 update to my SP2? Without windows update I am stuck
