Windows XP Stop Error Message

    My cousin is having a problem with his computer, everytime Windows starts to boot up he gets the following message: A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the computer. 0x000ED(0x81259980, 0xC000032, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
