Yes I downloaded from that link and its a really good read on what is coming in XP SP3, and what it will and will not include, most new additions are in the area of Networking, ment to be better wifi connectivity and it does gain my fav item for network security in NAP ( Network Access Protection ).


But a big warning, while the above link is not to the actual XP SP3 files but to the White Paper on whats new, changed etc, SP3 is still an early beta and not a public beta as yet, this may happen soon but at present its only available to MS Connect, TechNet and MSDN users, if you do get hold of XP SP3 in a public beta form, be very clear that you will need to take great care and backup your PC, betas do have a way of failing at times as their is no way to know if something you have installed as hardware or software will break something, this could result in you having to do a complete re-install.

Plus iirc you will need to uninstall the beta SP3 before getting the final RTM version as they are not rollup packages.
