Windows7 x64 recursive error instal & update

I've searched the forums but haven't really found an exact match for my problem:


Problems with windows update
I've tried to install
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 for Windows 7 x64-based Sytems
(KB2858725) about ten times over the past week or so and it keeps failing.

Other updates have installed without problems ]

I tried to follow the help procedures so far without success.
a text file "WindowsUpdateError20131130Checck_SURLog_cab_.txt
shows process followed.
I've included a couple of png files which might help someone to pinpoint
the problem ? error ?

I also downloaded, tried "MicrosoftFixit.wu.LB.162309118267242342.1.1.Run.exe"
