Windvd 6 install problem (Win2k3 Server)... help?

Ok, my favorite DVD software Windvd 6 will not install on Windows Server 2003... i'm using it as my desktop OS at home again, and until i tried this, everything was going great. Anyways, whenever i attempt to install this software, it starts trying to copy the DVD audio driver and then it just dies, and restarts my computer because of some stinkin memory error. My computer hardware should be in my sig, and that's the problem, has anyone else had a similar issue with this particular software? Thanks for any help or suggestions!
