winfixer hijack problem

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum I wasn't real sure what the problem was initially. I have install HiJackThis and here is my hijack log if you could help in any way I would appreciate it tremendously. I am receiving the WinFixer 2005 pop up and it has locked me out of my banking web site. It allows me to get to the main web site but when I go to the "log in" page it gives me this error message:
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I have log on to majorgeeks and followed the instructions on how to: spyware,trojan, and virus removal from thread http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?=35407

I am not sure what information you would like in regards to the scans performed. There was problems that were fixed but I am not sure where to retrieve the information from to post it. I was able to do all the downloads in safe mode and I was able to download all of the recommened programs. I also have my hijack logfile which I have attached.
