Winguard Pro question

I'm interested in downloading the most recent version Winguard Pro. However, when I download it from MG and at the owner's site my anitvirus Avira AntiVir (free) is flagging this has matching the pattern of DR/crypt.arg.3 known as malware.

Now, I trust this site and I've seen Nick's recommendation on this in older posts. I assume this would be a false positive. Has anyone else recently downloaded this and received anything similar? Havne't check the forums at Avira, but checking here first.
