WinHound Fixed!!!!!!!!

    hey guys,

    I have been lurking on these forums for a while now and tried many steps from the sticky to get WinHound and SpyAxe off my computer. Eventually I got frustrated and called my ISP to complain. How could they get my machine infected with this crap.

    To my disbelief, they transferred me to a new group called Cox Tech Connection.

    These guys cleaned my machine remotley within 2 hours. It was awesome. Hopefully I wont get infected again. My machine has never run so fast.

    We have fixed hundreds of these infections. They are not really that big a deal to remove. We use to do them manaully and now there are a couple useful tools (covered in our stickies) for removing them.

    Your ISP is not responsible for your PC getting infected!

    I know there are alot of tools and I tried many of them. I am probably just to stupid to figure out how they work. I would not have gotten as far as I did without the help of this forum. They said the same thing about not being responsible for getting my PC infected but they did also repair it.....

    It cost me like 50 dollars or something but my machine has never been faster so it seems worth it to me.

    Yes but they charged you! All you had to do was run the below for free:

    Smitfraud, SpySheriff, SpyAxe & PSGuard Removal

    Your lucky they only charged you $50. There normal hourly rate is about $75/hr. And a PC Secuity update is about $250
