I just recieved a completely cleaned out computer in which I installed windows XP professional, with the installation process it did alert me that
some files were missing during the installation. Bottom line is now my compter will not boot. It trys then tells me winlogon.exe missing unable to find component try reinstalling to correct problem. When I put cd in it does not boot from it nor from floppy keeps taking me to the error message. I did change the boot sequence for each also first from cd, floppy, harddrive then floppy, cd harddrive. How can I fix this, I got a new windows XP cd for installation and want to start over.
    PLEASE HELP???!!!
    Laurie
