Winlogon.exe PROBLEM HELP!! PLEASE!!

Ok here's the deal I Just Downgraded from Vista to Xp Pro and swapped out a new hard drive (Formatted Before Installed) and everything was going good till i restarted it.... It started up then wouldnt logon for the first 5 times till the sixth time it finally logged on then an error message popped up " winlogon.exe has encountered a problem and must close" or something like that then reboots for like 3 times and finally logs back on with the same error.... I have ran KIS 7, Spy bot S&D and have found nothing..... Help PLEASE..........

 

If you've not got anything else on the disk bar XP I would try formatting the disk again and starting from scratch just in case a glitch occurred during the first install. Then if it still didn't work I would start to wonder about chipset drivers etc that may need to be loaded first.

 

Yeah well I noticed it after I installed my chipset driver..... How do i fix that?

 

Like I said try starting from scratch.
