   I have a cable modem I am on a home network, behind a firewall that I am unable to change. I can download all the files I want from win mx3.53, but everytime some one tries to pull A file from me the connection is refused! I cannot figure out why. I would really like to fix this problem as it is very unfair to all the other users.
