WinPatrol does not load at startup

    I have WinPatrol (the free version) sometimes it does not load at startup. Now sometimes this is due to CA installing updates - it takes like FOREVER for CA to install updates- but hey, it is free. Other times I am not sure why it does not start up. Is there any simple test I can perform to see why it is not starting?
