Winpup32??

I have Spybot S&D and I also have SBC Yahoo DSL and it came with a spyware program and they both pickup this WinPup32 and all I know about it is that it is Adware. Why won't S&D remove this?

This is the work of a trojan. I suggest you run through the tutorial Jarcher linked.
Make sure to do the Online Scans. In the Alternative Scan section, try the Trojan Scan online scan and a-squared.
