Winsock got messed up somehow? (IE doesn't work, nor programs)

    Well, I ran HouseCall by Trendmicro, and Ad-Aware SE, and got rid of some stuff, and restarted. Now, my IE doesn't work, and any program that connects to the internet (probably using winsock) won't connect. How can I fix this?

    Tried it, didn't help. I'm going to go onto another account, see if it's a computer problem or maybe something with the index.dat


    EDIT: It's definately a computer problem, :///
