    I have Spyware Guard installed on mycomputer. About every five minutes, a box comes up telling me I have a new BHO called Wintools. Is it a) safe to delete it from the HijackThis log and b) possible to stop this Wintools window coming up ever again?

    I didn't ask for Wintools; I do not know how to be rid of it.
